IFA consolidator Absolute Financial Group is continuing its rapid expansion with four deals in the South East of England.

Three of these deals are the acquisition of client books of advisers who are retiring, with the fourth adviser joining Absolute to continue advising their clients. Absolute now has more than £2.4 billion in Assets Under Advice following the deals, which add £134 million.

These latest deals take the total acquisitions completed to 14 since the launch of Absolute in December 2025, delivering on Absolute's ambition to create the UK's leading independent financial planning business.

A model built around the owner's plans

The latest deals highlight the flexibility of the Absolute model, which offers a range of options to owners. They can choose to retire, to continue working with Absolute following acquisition, or to join its Partnership Program.

THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

Absolute makes an initial investment and agrees a buyout plan for the remaining share capital in the future, providing a long-term exit for owners.

Scale, support and respect for independence

The South East acquisitions are another significant step in Absolute's journey to become a leading force in UK retail financial advice, combining scale, support, and a deep respect for what makes independent advice essential.

Absolute is uniting high-quality advisory businesses within a unified, well-resourced structure, promoting adviser support, holistic financial planning, outstanding client outcomes and enduring client value.

“

“Our national growth strategy continues at pace, with the latest deals demonstrating the flexibility of our model for firm owners and a commitment to working with them to find the best solution for them and their clients.”

“These deals evidence that we have the capacity to support client books if owners want to retire, as well as providing an offering to those who want to continue working and grow through joining a bigger organisation.”

“Flexibility is part of our overall commitment to shared values around the importance of truly independent advice, and supporting advisers with the infrastructure, resources and autonomy they need to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.”
