IFA consolidator, Absolute Financial Group (“Absolute”), today announces that Platinum Independent Financial Services, based in Sale, Greater Manchester, is the latest IFA firm to join the Group.
This acquisition stems from long standing relationships between the management team of Absolute and Platinum, and marks rapid expansion in the North-West as it follows four acquisitions in the region in May this year, and further bolsters Absolute's North-West hub. Platinum Independent Financial Services brings a further £280 million to Absolute's Assets Under Advice (AUA), taking it to £2.68 billion.
Continuity for clients and colleagues
The firm's existing office and all 15 colleagues will remain with the business, further expanding its growing footprint in the region. It will continue to operate under the Platinum brand for a short period of transition to ensure continuity and support client integration.
